About Mirto Art Studio

Since 1994, Mirto Art Studio has been an active illustration resource for the marine industry. In that time, the studio has complied an extensive collection of marine-related digital artwork.

This archive exhibits collections of technical illustrations, nautical maps, and yacht deck and accommodation plans. The artwork is arranged into various categories of related content, which allows for easy review and quick access.

The content of this archive has been commissioned by leading publishers in the marine industry, and has been reviewed and approved by professional editors, writers, and designers, which ensures the accuracy of each illustration.

We know of no other digital art resource that integrates such a comprehensive collection of marine-related illustration.

Paul Mirto started his career in the U.S. Coast Guard. His Coast Guard training and experience offered him a unique and rewarding perspective for the marine industry. After his tour of duty, he worked in the private yacht industry as crew aboard various luxury yachts for charter and delivery. He studied graphic design and photography, and was employed at Cruising World magazine prior to establishing Mirto Art Studio. His personal marine experience and artistic interests have contributed to the professional foundation of this archive.
